HIGH SPEED PALETIZER

High Speed Palletizer is designed to stow box shaped products on a palletle. 3 different products can be stowed on 3 different pallets at the same time. Palletizing capasity varies from 30 box/min to 120 box/min depending on the size and weight of the boxes Pallets are dispensed automatically via a palet dispenser unit.

There are 50 predetermined array configurations stored in memory. The array configurations can be changed easily.

Moving parts of machine are controlled by 3 axis servo motor.

The machine is operated via a tuch-screen operator panel with a user-friendly menu. Controlled by PLC, Remote Access to the machine is possible.
