1 KG. VERTICAL PACKING MACHINE VM1000

VM1000 Vertical Packing Machine is designed to pack powder and granul products of 100 grams to 3 kilograms , using electronic weighing, volumetric or screw filling systems according to the product type. PE, HD PE, OPP, CPP, Aluminium +PE or paper + PE is used as packing material. Depending on the size and weight of pack, type of product and packing material, packing capasity vary from 25 ppm to 70 ppm .

The machine is fully automatic and controlled by PLC. Remote Access to the machine is possible.

It is possible to prepare recipes for 40 different products and store in memory. This feature reduces the time of product changing.

The machine is operated via tuch-screen operator panel with user-friendly menu.
